Cover forthe people whodepend on you.

Private medical insurance, income protection and life or critical illness cover — introduced and arranged around what you can actually afford, whoever you are and whatever "unable to work" would actually mean for the people who count on you.

What does a month out cost you?

Put your own number in — it takes ten seconds. Pick whichever sounds like you: playing, on the tools, or salaried.

Salary, self-employed profit — anything that stops when you do.

Income you wouldn't earn
£5,400

£450 × 12 weeks = £5,400

What cover like this is designed to replace
£975 – £1,170 a month, while you can't work

Around 50–60% of your earnings — the usual shape of an income protection policy.

What these figures are The first is arithmetic on the two numbers you typed: your weekly playing income multiplied by the weeks you selected. The second shows the proportion of earnings this kind of cover is generally built to replace, applied to your own figure. Neither is a quote, an estimate, or a statement of what any policy would pay you. What you'd actually be offered depends on the insurer, your job, your health and the waiting period you choose — that's a conversation, not a sum.

What we arrange

Different cover for different worries.

Which of these is right for you, if any, is a conversation — not something a website can decide.

A father holding his young daughter at a window at dusk
Someone depends on you

Life & critical illness

A lump sum if you die, or on diagnosis of a condition named in the policy.

A mother at the kitchen table late at night with bills and a laptop
The bills don't pause

Income protection

A monthly benefit while you're unable to work through illness or injury.

A patient entering an MRI scanner in a darkened room
The wait is the worst part

Private medical

Private diagnosis and treatment, for you or the whole family.

How it works

Three steps. Plain English.

Most people are done in a couple of minutes, then it's one phone call.

Tell us about you

A few quick taps: what you do, how you're paid and who depends on you. We don't ask about your health online.

We talk it through

One of the team rings at a time that suits you. Fifteen minutes on the phone, in plain English.

You decide

If cover makes sense, we arrange it with an insurer on our panel. There's no obligation, and nothing is sold on that first call.

Straight talking

What we are. What we're not.

We will

  • Explain it plainly. What a policy covers, what it doesn't, and what it costs, before you commit to anything.
  • Work around your budget. Cover arranged around what you can actually afford.
  • Tell you how we're paid. Before you decide on anything.

We won't

  • Quote you on a website. Every price depends on you, so it comes from a conversation.
  • Ask about your health online. That's for the call, where it can be handled properly.
  • Sell your details. We never sell your personal data to anyone.
Questions

The things people ask.

Is the review really free?

Yes. There's no charge for the initial review and no obligation to take anything out. If you do go ahead with a policy, we'll explain how we're paid before you decide.

Do I have to go ahead?

No. The review is a conversation. Nothing is sold on that call, and if cover doesn't make sense for you, that's fine.

I already have cover through work. Do I need more?

Maybe not. Workplace cover varies a lot, and some of it stops if you change jobs. It's worth knowing what yours actually does, and we can look at that with you.

I'm self-employed. Can I still get income protection?

Yes. Income protection can be arranged for the self-employed, including tradespeople paid by the day. What an insurer offers depends on your work, your earnings and your health.

Will you ask about my health?

Not on this website. When you apply, insurers ask health questions, and we'll explain why they matter and what they mean for your cover.

Which insurers do you use?

We arrange cover through insurers on our panel, including Aviva, Bupa, Guardian, Legal & General, Liverpool Victoria, Royal London, Scottish Widows, The Exeter and Vitality. Which one suits you is part of the conversation.

Where are you based?

1 The Portway, Porthcawl. Most reviews happen over the phone, so we can help wherever you are in the UK.

Next step

Free initial review

Fifteen minutes on the phone. We ask what you do, how you're paid, and what would happen if you couldn't — or if it's someone else's cover you're thinking about. There is no obligation and nothing is sold on that call.
